Zero tolerance for intoxicating substances
At our Uber Black transportation service, the safety of our customers and drivers is our top priority. For this reason, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for the use of intoxicating substances.
It is strictly prohibited for any driver to operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that may compromise their ability to drive safely. If a customer suspects that a driver is under the influence of intoxicating substances, they are advised to terminate the trip immediately and report the incident to Uber and the appropriate authorities.
Reports of violations of this policy are taken extremely seriously and may result in suspension or removal of the driver's access to the platform. We are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for everyone.
